4-starsWith how the first book left off I was hoping for the same angst in the second book.While Kennedy and Enzo’s story continues, I feel like part of this is being drawn out too much.I do feel like this book could have been added to the first book and not had such a cliffhanger for the first book.All in all, I am liking Kennedy & Enzo’s story. More angst. Deeper into the story. Some steam but disappointed with brevity of story. You get a lot of the push pull, but a little baffled by the warnings from author as it is not as dark as it was expected. Don't let that stop you from reading.

Enzo and Kennedy's intense story continues with power plays, violence, secret plays, passion, mistrust and terror. This is a quick, dark, suspenseful read, only 181 pages.
