Trying to one up the stranger who banged me senseless last night? Definitely harder.

A year ago, I was stranded on a deserted stretch of highway with a dead engine and zero signal.
He appeared out of nowhere. Broad shoulders. Smoldering eyes. A total stranger.
He got me back on the road so I could make my flight.
His price? Nothing but a kiss.

I never thought I’d see him again.
Until last night.
When he showed up looking like the devil in a five-figure suit,

The next morning, those same devastating eyes pin me from across a polished mahogany table.

His cocky smile says as much. Like he’s double-dog daring me to look at what I can only imagine are a wide inventory of inappropriate pics.
As if dragging his tongue slowly across his lower lip isn’t distraction enough.

What could he possibly want?
