How will my signed books be shipped?

All signed books are sent from Ohio United States via USPS and delivery times will vary depending on the location the items are being sent to. You can read our full Shipping Policy below!

How will I receive my eBook?

When purchased, our trusted digital distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your eBook or Audiobook.

The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your product or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo, or other device.

I placed an order! Now what?

You will receive an email confirming your purchase, and we will get to work on packing up your items! Once an order has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

My item is delayed! What do I do?

We understand that sometimes things don't work out right, and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us here.

Can I return my purchase?

We have a 30-day return policy for all physical products. Please get in contact with us here for any return inquiries. Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that due to digital nature of the products - eBooks are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

What if my product is damaged?

If a book is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will evaluate the issue and make it right! For any return queries, please contact us here.

Shipping Policy

Within United States

We offer a shipping time frame of 5-7 business days from the date of order. All orders will be processed within this time frame and shipped to your designated address. We use USPS to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

The items are sent from Ohio, United States, and delivery times will vary depending on the postcode the items are being sent to. Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and instructions on how to track the item.

We offer a shipping time frame of 10-15 business days from the date of order. All orders will be processed within this time frame and shipped to your designated address. We use reliable carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

We use USPS To ship items internationally. The items are sent from Ohio, United States and delivery times will vary depending on the country the items are being sent to. Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item.

Lexxi James Book Store is not responsible for any additional international custom fees. We do our best to ensure the items are marked correctly to avoid additional fees.

Delays and Missing Deliveries

We understand that sometimes things don't work out right and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us here and we will do our best to assist you in receiving your items in a timely manner.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Physical Products

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all physical, full priced products. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition as received it and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required. To begin a return, or for any return enquiries please contact us here.

Digital Products

Unfortunately due to the digital nature and instant delivery of eBooks - we do not offer returns or exchanges on these products. Please note that any purchase of these products is final.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us here.

Damaged Items

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased. If you have received a damaged item please contact us here.
